Kevin brings 24 years of recruiting experience, 20 of them leading the largest specialized accounting/finance recruiting team in Greater Cincinnati. He is a University of Kentucky graduate with majors in finance and marketing, and is a lifelong resident of the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. Kevin is an avid sports fan, golfer, and dog lover. He is excited to bring his recruiting and industry experience, and his unique spin on professional recruiting to CarsonLynch Professional Search.
Sean has been a professional recruiter for 11 years. His experience includes working for a Fortune 500 firm and a mid-size firm, both ranked in the Top 5 of Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firms.
Prior to becoming a professional recruiter, Sean worked as a financial analyst for a $1B food manufacturer and a finance manager for the largest transportation company in the world. He also spent ten years in the Army National Guard, where he forged his leadership style of always leading from the front.
Sean is a consultative business partner who believes in building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. “Character is determined by doing the right thing when no one is looking,” Sean says. His philosophy is to always focus on doing the right thing for the candidate and client, and everything else will work out.
Nikki brings over 7 years of recruiting experience with expertise in Accounting and Finance. She has partnered with companies of all sizes in a wide variety of roles from entry level to C-Suite. A graduate of the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!), Nikki studied Accounting before starting her professional career as an Internal Auditor for a large retailer.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys coaching a nationally ranked local high school dance team, spending time with her husband and pup, Michael and Lexi, and being outside as much as possible! Nikki is excited to bring her competitive spirit to CarsonLynch by fighting for what is right for both clients and candidates alike!
Nate has worked as a professional recruiter for over 6 years. His recruiting experience prior to joining CarsonLynch includes working for a Fortune 500 firm, as well as a mid-size firm that were both highly ranked on the annual Forbes lists.
Prior to becoming a recruiter, Nate earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting. He then kicked off his career in public accounting, working as a Tax Associate at a local Cincinnati firm. While that role certainly equipped him with a variety of technical skills, it also offered him the chance to learn what it takes to build long-term and trustworthy client relationships.
